Exploring the Connection: Soul, Higher Self, and Spiritual Guidance - The Systemic Lab

During one of the Karmic Constellation workshops I facilitated, which focused on connecting with the soul, one of the participants insisted that it wasn’t about connecting with the soul—since the soul is incredibly vast—but rather about connecting with our "higher self."I didn’t have the time or desire to argue with her.

I work with the soul, no matter how vast she is.

However, along my journey, I’ve encountered many people who talk about the "higher self," channel it, and receive guidance from it. This sparked curiosity and a desire to explore further.

If we were to place representations for the soul, our higher self, and our guidance, what would we discover?

Are they the same energy?

Are they different energies?
