How can you get out of a transgenerational karmic cycle?

Yael Eini

Let’s start with the following expressions: There is transgenerational transference, and there is family karma.

What’s the difference between them?

Well, that’s it, there is none.

Transgenerational transference is a term from the world of psychology and biology, for things that are passed from one generation to the next, such as behaviors, genetics, illnesses, and more.

Family karma basically says transgenerational transference, but in spiritual terms.

Karma is action.

The meaning of karma is that every action and every behavior of ours has an effect, and we bear the resulting consequences and fruit.

There is personal karma, and there is also family karma.

From a family perspective, we bear the results of the actions and behavior of our parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, and even further back than that.

Can we free ourselves of our family karma?

Yes.

Our soul chooses the family into which it’ll be born, which has value in family karma.

That is: There is something in that transgenerational transference that the soul needs for its personal development.

When you understand why the soul chose its particular family, what it aims to learn, and how that learning serves it, usually a lot of the family karma energy is released.

Is it always possible to release our karma?

The truth is, no, not always.

·      The energy of our karma’s not released when there is something at the level of the psyche, not the soul, that is connected to our parents and that is afraid that something will happen if we develop and as a result, leave our parents.

·      The energy of our karma’s not released when something in us feels that if we don’t belong to our family lineage, we will die.

In these cases, even if the soul is ready to get out of its karmic cycle, the person isn’t ready.

So the soul doesn’t get out of the cycle, at least not in this incarnation.

How can you get out of your karmic cycle?

With the help of the Constellation.

The soul and the person work in cooperation, and usually, it is the person who leads the soul.

Sometimes one session of Karmic Constellation is enough, sometimes one session of Family Constellation is enough, sometimes we need one of each, and sometimes we need a process that incorporates other tools, too.

Getting out of your karmic cycle often means living the same life, but living and experiencing it differently
